Payment Policy

1. Overview

All payments on wellux.in are international only. Payments originating from within India via domestic UPI or India-only wallets are not supported. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below regarding how payments are processed, secured, and handled.

2. Accepted Payment Mechanisms

  • International credit and debit cards and other international instruments supported via our payment processors.

  • All payment flows are routed through industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment gateway(s).

3. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Transactions are protected using TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit.

  • Sensitive authentication data (full card number, CVV after authorization, PINs) are not stored post-authorization.

  • We employ fraud prevention and verification measures including:

    • 3D Secure authentication

    • AVS (Address Verification System)

    • CVV verification

    • Heuristic and behavioral risk scoring

    • Other proprietary fraud detection tools

Suspicious activity may trigger additional verification, order hold, or cancellation to protect both you and wellux.in from fraudulent transactions.

4. Payment Authorization & Failures

  • Orders are charged only after successful authorization.

  • If a payment attempt fails (e.g., declined card, failed authentication, insufficient funds, or gateway error), you will be notified and may be asked to retry with another valid instrument.

  • wellux.in reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be successfully authorized or if verification checks fail.

5. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • All charges are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees; those are outside our control. Any conversion-related differences or international transaction fees levied by your bank are not refundable by wellux.in unless the underlying order itself qualifies per the Refund & Dispute Policy.

6. Refunds & Reversals

  • Refunds are subject to approval as per the Return & Refund Policy.

  • Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within 45 calendar days.

  • The actual credit posting time depends on the payment provider and may vary beyond 45 days.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

  • If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, wellux.in may request documentation to validate and investigate the transaction.

  • You are encouraged to first contact support at hello@wellux.in to resolve payment disputes directly for faster resolution.

  • wellux.in reserves the right to contest chargebacks it believes are invalid or fraudulent by providing transaction evidence to the issuing bank.

8. Order Cancellation Related to Payments

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails, if a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, or if required additional authentication is not completed in a timely manner.

  • In case of cancellation due to payment issues, you will be notified and any cleared amounts will be handled per the Refund & Dispute Policy.

9. Recurring or Stored Payment Details

  • We do not retain full card information. Tokenized references may be used only if you explicitly opt into any future-order convenience feature and only through the secure mechanisms offered by the payment processor.
