Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 7 Days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@wellux.in with your order number.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address (if applicable).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at [your support email].
